Though this sounds delicious, the traditional picadillo does not consist of tomato. Maybe its my moms maxican way of making it…..but we use Chile guajillo and just a touch of jalapeƱo vinegar. Its freaking delicious….with some cloves and potatoes. Omg!! Where it’s not spicy but it gives it the right kick to your taste buds.
